Day1

Here goes then - day 1 week 1 - 2 stone (ish) to lose and a holiday in 4 weeks.  My first aim to look as good as I can then!

I’m going to try and exercise as much as I can (even if its just running after the kids) and eat as little as I can (lol!).  Got to try and motivate myself to stay off the biccies!
